Mary Ngwenya is the Head of Policies & Programmes and currently Acting Director, Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Environment and Tourism. Having worked there for more than 30 years. She holds a Master of Science – Strategic Management with University of Derby UK, Master of Social Science – Tourism Policy & Management with University of Birmingham, UK and Bachelor of Arts – Economics & Statistics with University of Botswana. She has vast experience in the areas of tourism marketing, Policy Development, Strategy, Project Management and International cooperation.
